Add and upload Music On Hold to VoCALLOne

To add Music On Hold
  1. Go to the Voice tab.

  2. Select Audio.

  3. Then click on Audio Files.

  4. Next, click on Add Audio

To upload a Music On Hold file
  1. Click the Browse button on the right and locate the file you want to upload from your laptop or PC. The file name will automatically appear in the Audio Nickname field, which you can rename at any time.

  2. Provide a Label to identify the file.

  3. Select Music On Hold from the Type dropdown menu

  4. To save click Save Changes 
    The uploaded files will be located in the Custom tab within the Audio section. You can search for them using the Search Audio Files feature.
    You can download any audio file to your laptop or PC using the blue down arrow icon

Play the recording by pressing the red play button icon.

Edit the audio name, label, or type by clicking the blue edit icon.

Delete the recording by clicking the red bin icon.
