Create an Audio File Playlist

This feature is useful for situations where callers are placed on hold or waiting for a call to be answered.

To begin creating a playlist:

  1. Navigate to the Voice Tab.

  2. Click on Audio.

  3. Choose Playlists.

  4. Click the Add Playlist button to proceed.

  5. Give the Playlist a Nickname 

  6. Choose the Playback Order from the drop down. You can enable the Playlist as the default hold music for the system by toggling it on.

  7. Choose the audio files for the playlist from the dropdown menu. Clicking the plus icon will add the selected audio files to the playlist box on the right-hand side.

  8. You have the option to choose multiple audio files from the drop-down menu to personalise your playlist. This playlist can include both music on hold and other audio files.

  9. Once your playlist has been selected press Saves Changes.
